QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Support
- Provide support in processing and tracking sales orders.
- Respond promptly to sales team enquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Establishing communication between the sales team and other departments and following up the work from the beginning to the end of the work that requieres follow-up.
Making Data Analysis and Reporting
- Assist in the entry and analysis of sales data.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports for management.
Process Optimization
- Participate in the review of sales operation processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to implement process enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4th year undergraduate in relevant departments or new graduated in relevant departments
- Preferably advanced English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Open to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work min 3 days in a week.
