The Role:

We are currently seeking a SALES ASSOCIATE at our Retail Store in Maçakızı Hotel, Bodrum.

Responsible for supporting the Store Manager with driving sales, exceptional customer service and daily store operations to achieve and exceed performance targets.

How you will contribute:

·       Continually contribute and drive sales to achieve and exceed salesgoalsand KPI’s,

·       Support with the daily operations of the store including visual merchandising, store inventory & replenishment, ensuring front and back of house continually kept at high level standards

·       Offer exceptional luxury customer experience and excellent product knowledge

·        An understanding of trends in the luxury market, ensuring that customers are informed and aware

·       Ensure you and the store are always presented and maintained strictly in line with company guidelines

·        Strong clienteling skills, ensuring customer satisfaction in line with company guidelines.

·        Provide appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests

Who you are:

·       Previous retail sales experience, preferablyworking with an international client base

·       Passionate about the luxury market and aware of luxury fashion and general trends

·        Effective communicator and natural networker, with strong interpersonal skills

·       Proactive, can do and hands on approach with a team spirit

·        Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment with a positive demeanour

·        Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays

·        English is a must, plus additional languages preferred
