Maçakızı Restaurant is looking for a professional, service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver an exceptional dining experience in a luxury environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum university diploma,

• At least 4 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or a similar high-end position,

• Fluency in English (spoken and written),

• Knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong advantage,

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills,

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

• Guest-focused, well-presented, and professional attitude.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain excellent product knowledge of all food and beverage items,

• Support the day-to-day operations of the outlet,

• Ensure all set-up and clearance procedures are completed according to Maçakızı standards,

• Communicate with guests in line with Maçakızı Restaurant service standards,

• Present menus, make appropriate recommendations, and take orders accurately,

• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring prompt and high-quality service,

• Follow up on billing, payment, and checking procedures,

• Coordinate and assist with the clearing of tables and service stations,

• Attend scheduled briefings, communication meetings, and training sessions,

• Maintain a clean, neat uniform and high standards of personal grooming and hygiene,

• Welcome guests warmly, build rapport, and ensure maximum guest satisfaction at all times.
