Job Description

The Accounting manager will be responsible for preforming all the tasks in accounting functions, such as Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets Management, Cost Accounting and General Ledger.

We are looking for someone to maintain and develop accounting principles, practices, and procedures, systems for collecting, analyzing and reporting information. He or she must have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Accounting manager will advise on budgets, financial strategy, financial reporting, and forecasting. He or she will also be responsible for helping audit and ledger preparation, and supporting managers across teams with financial procedures.

            Essential functions:

•  Maintain accounting database; update documents and records
  
•  Maintain all accounting procedures and processes
  
•  Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger
  
•  Generate billing statements and reports
  
•  Responsible for Accounts receivables
  
•  Responsible for Accounts payables
  
•  Responsible for Assets Accounts
  
•  Costing and Expenses allocating
  
•  Review and approve expense reports
  
•  Review and reconcile the general ledger regularly
•  Contribute to forecasting and budget planning sessions
•  Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals
  
•  Prepare financial statements and analysis for whole of the company
  
•  Follow and comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for financial statements
  
•  Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets

            Job requirements & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field
  
• Previous experience as an accountant, accounting supervisor, or manager
  
• Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a ERP solution software system implementation a plus
  
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  
• English written and verbal communication skills
  
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and regulations
  
• Pays strict attention to detail
  
• Multi-tasking large project
