QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
- Min. 5 years experience in R&D Departments of Automotive Industry (preferably expert level)
- Min. 3 years experience at durability area and related testing measurements
- Good knowledge in Diadem, Tecware and Matlab
- Open to travel (frequently)
- Good knowledge of German and/or English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing of vehicles for test
- Installation of strain gauges, sensors (acceleration, pressure, distance, force)
- Closed collaboration with workshop mechanics
- Installation of the measurement technology (hard- and software)
- Ballasting of the test vehicles according to instructions with load securing
- Planning and performing the tests
- Plausibility check of sensor signals, detection of sensor failures and signal consolidation
- Analyse the results and reporting
