Located within the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Novikov Istanbul combines Asian and European cuisines to offer guests a modern and unique dining experience. We are looking for "Guest Relations Agents" to join our team at Novikov Istanbul.

General Qualifications

• Strong ability in speaking, writing, and understanding English,

• Ability to work with a strong focus on guest satisfaction,

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations,

• Team player,

• Attention to personal appearance and grooming,

• Proficient in reservation and guest experience programs,

• Career-oriented in the fields of Food & Beverage and Tourism,

• Able to work in shifts.

Job Description

• Greet and bid farewell to guests in a polite and courteous manner.

• Ensure that all guests receive professional service.

• Ensure that guests' belongings left at the reception are stored properly and neatly.

• Accurately collect and transfer guest names and information during reservations to the relevant team members.

• Check all reservations, special requests, and groups before each operation.

• Communicate extra information such as allergies, birthdays, anniversaries, etc., to the waiters and managers.

• Have general knowledge of the area where the restaurant is located and be able to answer potential questions and provide accurate directions.

• When necessary, introduce and give a tour of the restaurant.

• Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with everyone in the workplace.

• Always maintain a presentable appearance.
