Assistant Store Manager (Premium / Retail Fashion)

One of our global clients operating in the premium fashion retail industry is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join its growing retail team!

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team through regular feedback and on-the-job training.

• Monitor store KPIs, analyze sales performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of store team members.

• Coordinate stockroom, back-office, and visual merchandising activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Ensure accurate stock management, stock checks, and product availability.

• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and operational excellence.

• Lead daily team briefings and ensure company initiatives are effectively communicated.

• Promote a customer-first culture while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within a structured retail environment.

• Previous experience with premium, luxury, or international retail brands is highly preferred.

• Experience using RFID systems.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
