Operations & Administration Specialist (1 Year Contract)

On behalf of our partner, a globally recognized brand in the jewelry industry, we are looking for an Operations & Administration Specialist to join their team.
This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between stores, customers, partners, and headquarters while supportingrecruitment, customer experience, logistics, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations & Store Support
- Coordinate operational activities between stores, headquarters, and external partners.
- Support stores in resolving daily operational issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage office and store-related logistics processes.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for the head office.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for store positions.
- Schedule and participate in interviews with candidates.
Customer Experience & Complaint Management
- Manage customer complaints escalated from stores and other channels.
- Communicate with customers, stores, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide support to external call center operations when required.
Corporate Sales & Marketplace Support
- Act as a liaison between stores and customers for corporate sales requests.
- Support marketplace operations and customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms.
Visual Merchandising & Training Coordination
- Coordinate Visual Merchandising (VM) materials and local production requests.
- Manage translation and localization of operational documents and training materials.
- Organize logistics for training sessions, meetings, and partner visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, administration, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience working with multiple departments and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
