QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for " Support Staff -Ankara '' with the following qualifications to take part in a Global project carried out by Manpower Group in Turkey.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Creating materials to evaluate the performance of Provincial Directorates of Migration Management,
- Follow-up of the other requirements of the project and training, meeting, etc. of the project personnel working in Provincial Directorates of Migration Management, planning and coordinating the travel etc. resulting from the meetings and/or other reasons,
- To make all necessary information in contact with the provinces within the scope of the project,
- Supporting Presidency of Migration Management in the preparation and update of the documents within the scope of the project,
- Supporting Presidency of Migration Management with the preparation of the implementation plan of the project,
- Conducting provincial visits, when necessary, in order to follow up the project and Protection Desks,
- To carry out other works and transactions to be given by the Presidency of Migration Management.
Essential minimum qualifications:
Education:
- Having at least Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience:
- Having at least 2 years of experience in a job that requires coordination among institutions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Having a certificate on knowledge of advanced level of English,
- Advanced level of knowledge in statistics and documentation is preferred,
- Having good knowledge in use Microsoft Office programs,
- Being prone to teamwork.
Expected Outcomes:
- Acceleration of the follow up of project activities,
- Increasing the coordination among Provincial Directorates of Migration Management with regards to the project,
- Ensuring the continuity of tasks following the separation of resettlement unit,
- Continuous monitoring of the elimination of deficiencies regarding the identification of persons with special needs by Provincial Directorates of Migration Management.
