QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a team member, for our office located in Izmir / Gaziemir, to assist in our sales for our multinational and global customer portfolio. Our company operates in the maritime and foreign trade sectors and provides (international) ship supply, maritime services and ship repairs.

In parallel with the sales policies of our company, we are looking for a team member who will be carrying out purchasing, bid submission and related necessary sales activities, while also remaining in close contact with relevant parties in ports and shipyards, to assure a smooth end-to-end experience for our clients. 

Required Qualifications;

- University graduate (preferably Logistics / Port and Maritime Management / Maritime or Engineering departments)

- Preferably a minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience in the sector or relevant fields

- Good written and oral command of English required (any second languages such as Greek / German / Italian / Russian would be a pre)

- An energetic and ambitious team player with an attention for details, good adaptability and great communicational skills

- Strong planning and organizational skills in combination with the ability to analyse situations, provide reports and fulfil the given tasks in a timely manner

- Able to work flexible working hours

- MS-Office proficiency

- Holder of driver’s license B is a preferred

- No objection to national and international travel where required

- Military service completion or exemption is required for male candidates
