QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We play a pivotal role in the distribution of our global parts which are recognized for their advanced technology and premium quality for worldwide aftermarket in automotive industry. 


Our global holding supplies various OE quality parts to the global market. 


Our firm provides a much wider range of products and more access to supreme quality products which have passed a quality control system and an inspection practiced for international customers. 

We are looking for an “Executive Assistant” for our new Europe Head Office in İstanbul. 


REQUIREMENTS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Bachelor's Degree, 

• Minimum 5 years-experience in a relevant Executive Assistant or Personal 

Assistant position, 

• Fluent in spoken and written English, 

• Advanced use of MS Applications, 

• Capacity to absorb new information and solve problems in quick and 

quality way, 

• Excellent communication skills, 

• High attention to details, 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them 

accordingly, 

• Ability to work independently without guidance for periods of time, 

• High integrity on maintaining strict confidentiality, 

• Energetic & positive attitude, 

• Proactive and self-motivated, 

• Result-orientend, 

• Can work under pressure,

• Driver licence preferred .


JOB DESCRIPTION 


• Manage and maintain Executive Director’s calendar,

• Coordinate meetings with direct reports including agenda, preparation and 

action plans,

• Organize travel arrangements – prepare itinerary, arrange logistics and 

compile 

expense reports. Occasionally coordinate travel for senior level visitors, 

• Receive and refer visitors and telephone calls and respond to routine 

questions. Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond 

independently, wherever possible,

• Work closely with the business development team to coordinate meetings 

& travels,

• Perform all other secretarial responsibilities assigned to this position.
