Job Description

• Data Management, CRM integration with third party applications, set up and customization.
• Monitor and manage export and import processes.
• Insight Reports for forecasting and business decisions.
• Developing CRM training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Utilizing CRM data for segment segmentations and loyalty programs.
• Documentation of system processes according to department and workflow.
• System Development, implementing workflows and automation rules.
• Creating templates used HTML.
• Implementing customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing results for improved customer experience.
• Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of all data in CRM.
• Collaboration with other departments to develop and execute integrated projects and campaigns for customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Systems and records evaluation.

Qualification

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in CRM, data analytics, data science departments.
• Preferably experienced with Bitrix24 and Zoho programs.
• Analytical skills to generate meaningful stories from data.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
