QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Bachelor's degree,

·       Minimum, - 3 years experience in Accounting or finance

• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge,reporting and presentation skills,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, 
• Process and result oriented,
• Having strong negotiation and communication skills,
• No travel restriction,
• Active driving license

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Preparation of Asset Management reports  (risk management issues, rent reductions, closures, expansions, downsizing, other department coordination, renewals, renovations, new technology improvements etc.),

·       Preparation of long and short term New Site Pipelines, City Analysis, Franchise, New Business Line developments and M&A opportunities, Franchise Deals,

·       Working very closely with legal and finance teams to ensure that the company is effectively managing the leased portfolio in the region,

·       Monitor and communicate with Sublease Tenants (renewals, new opportunities, terminations),

·       Prepare daily, weekly and monthly meeting reports and presentations, Real Estate Data Charts updates

·       Responsible for proposal preparations, catchment area reports, admission forecasting, feasibility analysis, BOD Meeting Presentations, Contract Management – Cover Page and Contract Approval Process, coordination of the new site opening schedule with the company),

·       Responsible for CGV’s existing leased portfolio within the region, managing legal and operational obligations, working closely with lessors at all stages of the life cycle of the contracts
