MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility. Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition we have designed our organization to deliver successfully and on-time demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 600 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities and 4 factories.

We are looking for a Production Engineer for our growing company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Experienced in production departments,
• Experienced in manufacturing organization and efficiency studies,
• Good command of English both verbal and written,
• Having knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Able to use office programs effectively, preferably with knowledge of Autocad and Solidworks,
• Completed or exempted from military service for male candidates,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills,
• Follower and result oriented,
• Strong analytical thinking competence.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organizing the work order in accordance with the daily work orders given by the planning department,
• Ensuring that the production system is followed up and taking actions in case of problems,
• Monitoring the parameters related to the production process, continuing studies for continuous improvement and making reports,
• Determining the training needs of blue-collar employees, reporting them to the relevant units and carrying out performance evaluations,
• Designing departmental processes regarding quality, environment, occupational health and safety systems and ensuring that employees working under him/her work in this direction.
