Financial Reporting & Controlling Specialist

The world's leading wheel manufacturer Maxion Wheels is looking a "Financial Reporting & Controlling Specialist" for Maxion Inci Aluminum Commercial Vehicle Wheels (ATA) plant located in Manisa Industrial Zone.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Turkish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Experience in financial reporting, cost accounting, and budget analysis
• Familiar with internal control and SOX requirements
• Good level of English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate month-end and year-end closings with accounting and other departments
• Prepare and adjust financial reports according to IFRS and company procedures
• Submit reports to the holding system after approvals
• Compare budget and actual results, explain differences
• Prepare and follow up investment documents and approvals
• Support departments in preparing budget and monthly forecasts
• Calculate material costs based on data from planning and purchasing teams
• Create various financial reports requested by senior management
• Ensure compliance with internal control processes and follow up action plans
