The world's leading wheel manufacturer Maxion Wheels is looking a "Surface Treatment Engineer" for Maxion Inci Aluminum Commercial Vehicle Wheels (ATA) plant located in Manisa Industrial Zone.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, chemical engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills,
• Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies,
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques,
• Team-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and results-driven,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel,
• Experience with SAP is a plus,
• Good level of English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure surface treatmet, coating, polishing, and packaging processes are executed in compliance with defined standards
• Manage and optimize surface treatment and coating processes, ensuring process stability and discipline
• Support troubleshooting activities and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
• Monitor, analyze, and report surface treatment performance, defect rates and consumable usage
• Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health & safety, and environmental requirements
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping activities of the facility
