• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, preferably.
• At least 7 years of experience in warranty quality, customer quality, or quality management within the automotive industry, preferably with team management experience.
• Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.).
• Experience with customer-specific requirements and audit processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, able to take initiative, and committed to a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the operational processes and teams of Supplier Quality, Process Quality, Final Quality, and support functions.
• Set quality targets, plan actions, monitor PPM and other quality performance indicators, and report results.
• Ensure the effective management of actions arising from customer requirements, customer complaints, and audits.
• Support quality activities during new project launches and contribute to APQP documentation.
• Manage root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and reporting processes.
• Lead problem-solving teams and follow up on the implementation of permanent corrective actions for quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and productivity improvement projects.
• Manage initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and follow up on supplier returns.
• Prepare and monitor the department budget.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among relevant teams and departments.
