The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;
Fluent in English (second language or French is an asset)
1-2 years of experience in CRM related roles, preferably in B2B services with an interest for new technologies
Strong analytical skills to interpret data sources
An entrepreneurial vision or entrepreneurship experience
Organization, project management, communication and interpersonal skills (strong time management skills to work with the small but dynamic team)
Joy of life is a must
Your day in a nutshell:
Identifying opportunities to improve the client lifecycle and to enhance the client experience through each CRM touch point
Understanding segmentation and requirements at each stage of the client journey to create effective CRM communications and campaigns
Scheduling, testing, and deployment of all CRM activities and input into the selection and targeting of specific segments for campaigns
Following CRM best practices and the latest techniques inside and outside our industry to evolve and help maximise customer engagement opportunities
