We are looking for ambitious, motivated and talented QA Engineers to join our subsidiary company, Monotect which is focused on Customer Experience and E-Commerce solutions, who will be working in a global project.

Monotect is a growing software consultancy company aiming successful SAP C/4HANA, Customer Experience implementation projects to help clients’ digital transformation process.

• Requirements 

Essential Skills and Experience: 

• Support project stakeholders as the point of contact for QA related topics for the implementation,
• Develop and execute implementation strategy & testing plan for application roll-out,
• Work closely with the development team to develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated),
• Work closely with Product QA leads to ensure strong alignment on standards, processes and execution,
• Inherit and build on formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry accepted best practices,
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met,
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally,
• Be an initiator in the Quality assurance areas to create and continuously amend the QA processes,
• Ensure that the QA bugs are communicated in a timely manner in order to have a smoother deployment release.

QA Engineer Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of experience in proven experience of product implementation,
• Strong knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle,
• Strong experience with API testing and development,
• Hands on experience with SQL and Selenium,
• Agile software development,
• You clearly and transparently communicate software requirements from the testing use cases perspectives,
• Your way of working is characterized by team spirit, excellent communication skills in English and high quality standards set for yourself regarding the quality of your work,
• You have strong leadership skill and are able to demonstrate this effectively within the team and amongst project stakeholders,
• You have demonstrated QA process life cycle management.
