QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 

At Medoper, we are looking for an energetic Patient Administrator to coordinate our medical and dental services within the office, clinics, and hospitals.

Medoper is a travel agency, in southern Turkey, that facilitates dental treatments, plastic and general surgeries, and specialty medical services in both clinic and hospital settings to international patients. Because we put the patient at the center of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the industry and be skilled in every step of the patient process, from initial inquiry to treatment and aftercare. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of dental and medical tourism and be able to find the right treatment plan, doctor, and travel plan for every patient.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with foreign patients through various platforms such as WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and emails.
  • Answer inquires in a timely manner using approved templates. Follow up with each patient as needed.
  • Inform patients properly of the dental and medical services we facilitate.
  • Liaise with the dental / medial staff and patient to determine the patient’s treatment plan and appointment / surgery availability.
  • Arrange dental / medical appointments, accommodation, and transfers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (will be tested)
  • Five or more years of proven work experience as a Healthcare Administrator, Patient Coordinator, Medical Contact Center Administrator, or relevant role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of medical terminology (Turkish and English)
  • Ability to liaise with office, clinics and hospitals in Turkish and English regarding patient inquiries
  • Understand the patient’s needs and providing the best solution
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with an energetic attitude for a fast-paced environment
  • Able to use comprehension skills to understand the patient needs before offering the best possible solution
  • Reliable transportation – will be travelling between offices, clinics and hospitals

  • Russian or German
