To support our continued growth and development, we are seeking a highly responsible and ethically driven Finance Executive to join our Headquarters (Çukurambar) operation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in finance, treasury, cash management, financial planning, and reporting functions.
3. Proven experience in banking relationships, credit facilities, financing structures, and working capital management.
4. Strong knowledge of cash flow management, financial modeling, budgeting, financial analysis, and consolidation processes.
5. Hands-on experience in investment feasibility studies, project financing, and financial evaluation activities.
6. Experience in international corporate structures, subsidiary management, global financial operations, and multi-entity organizations.
7. Solid understanding of factoring, credit insurance, investment loans, letters of guarantee, and alternative financing instruments.
8. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, including those issued by regulatory authorities and central banking institutions.
9. Proficiency in SAP FI and preferably experience in ERP transformation, implementation, or system development projects.
10. Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with international financial institutions, business partners, and stakeholders.
11. Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
12. Results-oriented mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments.

Job Description

1. Lead and manage the company's treasury, cash management, and financing activities.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions; evaluate funding alternatives and establish optimal financing structures.
3. Coordinate cash flow planning, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
4. Monitor and manage cash flow, financial performance, and financial risk across domestic and international operations.
5. Take an active role in international corporate structuring projects, company formations, and subsidiary management activities.
6. Manage and coordinate international financing, loan facilities, factoring arrangements, and credit insurance programs.
7. Ensure the effectiveness of financial processes related to overseas operations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Lead investment and project finance activities, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, and long-term financial projections.
9. Manage consolidated financial reporting processes and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
10. Coordinate financial agreements, letters of guarantee, mortgage-related transactions, and other financing obligations.
11. Contribute to the effective management of the company's assets, liabilities, and overall capital structure.
12. Lead financial risk management, regulatory compliance activities, and the continuous improvement of corporate finance practices.
