Desirable Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 year experience in the financial services industry including budgeting and planning.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent command of common Microsoft Office programs;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn.

Job description: 

• Preparation of budgeted/actual results and variance analysis
• Review and explanation of monthly management information with internal customers
• Controlling the accounting records of the company, ensuring that transactions are recorded completely, accurately and with adequate audit trail
• Preparation of audit files and liaison with external auditors incorporating finance team
• Completing all existing and additional treasury reports and forecasts in timely manner
• Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management information, including accounts and key statistics and also preparation of monthly basis performance presentations 
• Develop robust pricing methodologies including the calculation and understanding of key parameters – e.g. overhead rates, commission rates etc.
• Responsible for explanation, management and control of financial performance
• Take an active role in the collection improvement process 
• Effective monitoring/auditing of direct reports to ensure compliance to Information Security policy and Turkish regulatory procedures
• Comply with the information security policy and local quality certificates and procedures  
• Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role
