Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Electric&Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering required. 
- Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle industry. 
- Knowledge in vehicle high or low voltage systems, vehicle control systems, battery system and power distribution units 
- Practical knowledge in working with high voltage equipment and systems
- Knowledge of data acquisition and analysis using CAN tools and other diagnostic tools
- Advanced in verbal and written English. German knowledge is an asset.

Job Description

- Support the development and validation processes of prototype trucks/sub-systems/components in on-road vehicle test conditions to determine the functionality and reliability before development release.
- Managing , evaluation and approval of test activities based on DVP&R. Support in determination of the acceptance criteria and DVP&R together with global development engineering teams.
- Document and track all issues during endurance testing, perform root cause analysis and participate in issue resolution processes, with the focus on system and vehicle level.
- Make improvement recommendations in scope of reliability and functionality of entire vehicle and sub-systems in cooperation with the global product development teams.
- Preparation of infrastructure and implementation of test processes required for endurance testing of battery electric vehicles (BEV).
