WHAT WE EXPECT IN YOUR DAILY LIFE?
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in accordance with IFRS and the company's Global Reporting standards and uploading them to the Global reporting program,
• Following the Global Reporting Manual on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, preparing the requested additional reports and sharing them with the Global Reporting Department on deadlines,
• Consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual income / expense statements,
• Preparing income / expense tables based on departments to compare and analyze the budget,
• Checking the compliance of accounting records with reporting processes and making the necessary changes,
• Preparing, updating / revising, and publishing the annual company budget in line with IFRS in line with company goals,
• Performing monthly income and expense forecast
• Preparing daily Sales Reports, sharing them with relevant units and management,
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic cash flow statements and submit them to management,
• Supporting the development of Budget and Reporting Management processes and preparing all kinds of management reports requested.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE?
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in (budget and forecasting, financial control, financial planning and analysis)
• Good command of IFRS and understanding of financial control, business performance management
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Advanced user experience for MS Excel, and preferably basic knowledge of SAPB1
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization,
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
