QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is the largest electronics component distribution company. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate should have Electrics & Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent degree and relevant experience in both Engineering and Sales/Marketing activities with knowledge in industrial automation. Strong technical skills and a background in the connector marketplace is preferred, with knowledge of operations, processes and management.Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and team management experience.She/he should be an action oriented, self motivated, results driven sales person. Fluency in English and IT literate are must.

İŞ TANIMI
- Reporting to the General Manager.
- Responsible for the Sales effort in product assigned.
- Develop markets assigned.
- Negotiate with customer relevant Business contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority - including discount, price and volume structures
- Generate sales leads.
- Seek new opportunities to sell assigned products and services to new customers and industries ;
- Weekly and Monthly Sales updates to the management.
- Manage and handle customer's relations, feedback and complaints.
- Be actively involved in trade shows, trade advertisements and other marketing communications activities.
- Responsible for reports covering CRM, sales pipeline, activities, performance and plans.

7 - 15 years of experience
