Job Description

At Mikro-Tasarım, we’re known for innovative technologies in IR (Infrared) imaging systems that solve problems for a wide range of areas — and we need a new chief problem-solver to take the reins. We’re currently seeking a highly skilled systems engineer to provide the business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate products, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the ever-changing needs of our customers. In this role, you will work with IR imaging systems, designing, developing, and integrating them at every stage of its life cycle. Objectives of this Role

·        Manage and monitor all the development and production activities of the company products, including their configurations, testing, and maintenance activities

·        Identify potential issues and integrate possible solutions

·        Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics

·        Providing all the necessary technical communication and coordination with the customer

·        Acting as a bridge between the design and test teams and the customer

·        Engage with upper management regularly with reports on project status, activities, and achievements

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

·        Communicate with stakeholders to identify their requirements

·        Supporting feasibility and technical solution studies for the projects planned to be realized

·        Performing literature searches that will form the basis of the R&D projects carried out by the company

·        Carrying out the preparation of all project work products (hardware, software, documentation) with the support of the project design and development teams and delivering the final product to the customer

·        Planning and tracking the production activities

·        Planning the project verification and validation activities, ensuring the realization of these activities and performing acceptance tests.

Skills and Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in EE

·        MS Degree in Engineering or MBA is preferred

·        Experience with or knowledge of micro-electronics design, integrated circuit design and hardware design

·        Experience in project management, application design and integration of systems

·        Expertise in creating, analyzing, and designing imaging systems

·        Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple tasks,

·        Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with clients, technical team and all the other stakeholders,

·        Ability to organize and work effectively with project teams,

·        Effective time management and prioritization skills,

·        Creative in quickly developing approaches to problems and recommending actions to management. Includes implementation of suggested recommendations,

·        Knowledge of Git or other version control tools
