MIROGLIO IS LOOKING FOR A QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST BASED IN ISTANBUL

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
The role involves the canditate in the planning and quality control work to established guidelines for the inspection, segregation and disposition of off/poor quality materials in textile production processes. This position will be responsible for both the visible inspection of material, as well as the reporting of inspection of finished garments.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Planning and follow up of the production together with the Country Supply Chain Manager
Supervision daily work with focus on the below points:
1) Evaluate each order for accuracy of design, garment style, color, design placement, quantity and print quality
2) Ensure orders meet company standards
3) Stop garments from passing if quality standards are not met
4) Request re-staging of orders staged incorrectly, such as, defective or wrong color/style
5) Follow all location safety and security guideline
Job Requirements:
Ability to stand for the majority of the work shift
Good communication skills
Detailed and task oriented
Ability to twist and turn throughout the day
Ability to work on his/her own
Available to travel in Turkey
High School diploma
English or italian language basic skilled needed
Previous experience preferred
Military service done for male candidates
The position is based in Istanbul
