We are looking for a “General Accounting Specialist” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor degree with a strong academic achievement in relevant disciplines like Business Administration, Economics, etc.
• Minumum 4  years of working experience in Accounting field 
• Basic technical accounting & tax knowledge
• Proficiency in English - both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge on MS Office and SAP FI module
• Having team spirit 
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent conflict management skills
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Job Description

• Responsible for completion of all government reporting including but not limited to; tax declarations, TUIK questionnaires, National Bank questionnaires and any other if any
• Performs invoicing related to Finance Department, ie. price difference, exchange rate differences, returned materials and any other if any
• Responsible for coordination of invoice approval mechanism within the company
• Inputs all raw material and expense invoices in a timely manner and in compliance with mother company in Japan and internal department policies via monitoring temporary accounts
• Performs month end closing activities via GL reconciliation and preparation of related monthly reports
• Responsible for preparation of overhead budget and in charge person for overhead budget management and follow up
• Performs reconciliation studies with business partners,
• Performs SAP improvement studies in order to automatize daily work routines
• Assists VAT refund process.
