Business Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Mathematics or related fields,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Business Analyst (Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail sector experience is preferable),
• Strong knowledge and experience on Web Applications, ERP and Operation Applications (Transport Management System, Supply Chain Management),
• Having previous knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft TSQL,
• Strong understanding of business analysis and modelling process,
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written),
• Good at interpreting and analysis data as well as problem solving techniques,
• Multi-tasking with an ability to carry out different projects and tasks at the same time,
• Having strong interpersonal skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Analyzing software and improvement needs for business units and Transfer Centers with collaborating these units,
• Preparing detailed analysis documents and presentations,
• Providing adaptation of innovation and best practices into the company processes,
• Designing systems (screen, database etc.) in collaboration with software teams,
• Coordinating business demands and functional needs to realize development process in collaboration with software teams,  
• Conducting system test and coordination of developed applications,
• Responding software and/or user problems,
• Adapting 3rd party solutions to business units processes and needs by conducting functional, technical analysis/design works and throwing together related parties.
