General Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious  General Accounting Specialist who likes to play with numbers and would be eager to create an impact in his/her field by assessing our clients' needs, analyzing and offering advice for all of our financial issues. This role will be directly reporting to the Team Lead .

What we expect from you:

• Sharing relevant documents by responding to all expenditure objections that are coming to our team members  via Payu, Paypal,Adyen and Klarna ,

• Sharing the information and documents requested by us with the intermediary institutions and banks,

• Clearance and activation of the orders remaining for the approval section,

• Resolving all customer complaints and objections transmitted via MI4BIZ by taking the necessary action and to eliminate customer grievance, 

• Ensuring equalization of service price differences between Axapta, Logo and Web (for added service fees),

• Ensuring the control of all orders of the previous day and minimizing the possible risks by providing coordination between customer service-customer-warehouse in fraud suspected transactions.

• Graduated from the relevant field, 

• Exposure to e-commerce is a plus,

• Should have fluent Excel skills,

• Positive attitude and target oriented approach, 

• Strong team player,

• Good command of written and spoken in English,
