GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are currently operating in more than 130 countries and providing the content in six languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French, German, and Bahasa Indonesian by adapting to their local preferences. As Performance & Talent Development Manager you should be a smartdata-driven and collaborative team player. Your role will be extremely important as you will be developing processes to improve performance and potential management culture.

What we expect from you:

  • Delivering the implementation of the performance & talent management systems,
  • Leading and facilitating performance & talent calibration meetings, engage leaders to the process,
  • Build a holistic approach to high performance & potential management culture,
  • Managing the integration of the competencies into talent management and development programs,
  • Identify development needs of the functions/leaders/ individuals through analysis of the performance results/feedbacks and provide input to L&D for better and proactive development planning,
  • Organize and conduct performance management and feedback culture workshops / trainings across the organization,
  • Embed feedback tools/ apps in the performance management system and build an analytic driven performance & talent review process,
  • Proven track record and solid results in talent development including strategy, action plans, KPI’s, systems and tools,
  • Comfort with building relationship at all levels of organization and management,
  • Support the People Team with projects and analyze People Data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, employee experience and create high performing team.

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in the related domains,
  • Bachelor's degree in related disciplines,
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication,
  • Excellent command to Ms Office Tools,
  • Strong team player who is committed to taking on a systematic and agile way of thinking,
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks at on,
  • Being proactive, innovative, creative, and able to think outside of the box,
  • Strong independent, as well as collaborative, problem solving and research skills,
  • Having integrity and universal accountability.
