Operation Specialist

Located in Bayraklı Izmir Turkey, MP Technic is a corporate company providing production support, technical service, spare parts and innovative solutions globally for cigarette industry.

As MP Technic, we are looking for a "Operation Specialist" who will be able to meet following qualifications for our Sales and Operation division located in Bayraklı, İzmir.

• Bachelor’s degree from related fields,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Preferably 3 years experience
• No restriction in travelling
  
• Strong planning, organizing, following up and reporting, analytical thinking, communication and problem solving skills
• Customer focused and able to create customer centric solutions
  
• Dynamic and cooperative team player
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contacting individuals identified by the Planning Department who will be deployed to new locations
• Verifying and ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements for traveling personnel, including visas, health and travel documentation and related procedures
• Taking action as required based on positive or negative feedback received from clients and team members
• Monitoring and overseeing the team assigned to the responsible location
• Preparing required reports and submitting them to relevant stakeholders
