Job Summary

We are looking for a solution oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant Specialist to support our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing warehousing processes, ensuring timely and proper delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate stock movements. About the Role

As an Assistant Logistics Specialist, you will support daily logistics and warehouse operations and work closely with different teams.

You will help with reporting, data tracking, operational follow ups, and daily coordination. This role is a great starting point for someone who wants to grow in logistics and gain hands on experience in a fast-moving work environment.

What You’ll Do

Support daily logistics and warehouse operations.

Follow up on daily tasks and make sure things are moving as planned.

Prepare and update reports using Excel and other tools.

Work with data to help the team track performance.

Check reports and data to spot issues, changes, or improvement areas.

Help the team use tools like Power BI, MS SQL, Google Looker Studio, or similar systems.

Communicate with different teams to collect information and follow up on open topics.

Support daily planning and organization of operational work.

Help to improve report quality and data accuracy over time.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Internship experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.

Very Good Excel skills.

Comfortable working with numbers and data.

Basic knowledge of reporting, data analysis, or statistics.

Power BI, MS SQL, or Google Looker Studio knowledge is a plus.

Able to write and communicate clearly in English.

Careful with details and willing to learn and improve.

Comfortable working with different teams.

Good at planning, organizing, and following up on tasks. Proactive, responsible, and focused on getting things done.
