Process Responsible | MVT Elektrik (Magvatech) – İzmir, Aegean Free Zone

We are looking for a Process Responsible to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and standardizing manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions and process validation, and coordinating process-related activities to ensure stable and efficient serial production.

What Awaits You in This Role?

  • Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost requirements.
  • Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks and process variations, and implement improvements to ensure stable and efficient production.
  • Analyze cycle time, scrap, rework, downtime, and process capability data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Take an active role in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support new product introductions, process validation, pilot production, and production ramp-up activities.
  • Investigate process-related problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide technical support to production teams and develop practical solutions to process-related problems.
  • Optimize machine and process parameters, manufacturing methods, workflows, and workstation layouts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Design Bureau, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance teams to implement process improvements and support production continuity.
  • Support manufacturing audits and ensure processes comply with quality, safety, and technical requirements.
  • Prepare, update, and standardize process documentation, work instructions, process flow charts, and manufacturing standards.
  • Contribute to PFMEA studies and follow up on actions to reduce process risks.
  • Assess process capacity and equipment requirements to support production planning and investment decisions.
  • Coordinate multiple process development and improvement activities while supporting ongoing production.
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, and sharing of manufacturing know-how and best practices.


Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, process development, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of process validation, PFMEA, and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ability to analyze process data and translate findings into practical improvement actions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to solving technical problems on the production floor.
  • Ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Good planning, organization, follow-up, and ownership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, Design Bureau, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance teams.
  • Ability to assess the impact of process changes on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing production conditions and respond to urgent process-related issues.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for process performance, improvement projects, and new product introduction activities.
  • Good command of MS Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
  • Advanced level of English
