We are looking for a Production Responsible to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for new product introductions, process validation, and manufacturing readiness, while coordinating technical and production activities to ensure stable and efficient serial production.

What Awaits You in This Role?

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved in line with safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
• Follow production plans, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and take necessary actions to maintain production continuity.
• Analyze production performance, efficiency, capacity, downtime, and quality data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Take an active role in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support the introduction of new products, pilot production, process validation, and production ramp-up activities.
• Identify production-related problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical and operational support to production teams and develop practical solutions to daily production problems.
• Optimize production methods, workflows, workstation layouts, and resource utilization to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Quality, Design Bureau, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance teams to support production activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure production continuity.
• Support production audits and ensure production activities comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
• Prepare, update, and standardize production documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor scrap, rework, downtime, cycle time, and other production KPIs and take actions for improvement.
• Support capacity and workforce planning according to production requirements.
• Manage multiple production and improvement activities while maintaining production continuity.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of manufacturing know-how and best practices.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of production management and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze production data and translate findings into practical improvement actions.
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach to production problems.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Good planning, organization, follow-up, and ownership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and HSE teams.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost targets.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing production conditions and urgent operational issues.
• Willingness to take responsibility for production performance, improvement projects, and new product activities.
• Good command of MS Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Advanced level of English.
