MYROS’ main service area is designing and producing souvenir products that meet the highest global quality, safety and sustainability standards and organizing the supply chain processes of them.

Our company was established in 1994 in Antalya and currently has more than 200 employees. We continue our main activities in wholesale showroom stores in Antalya, Manavgat, Marmaris, İzmir and production and logistics centers in Antalya.

We are looking for management trainees who will work as experts in our management office and to be trained for managerial positions by working closely with the senior management of our company.

Required Qualifications

Graduated from one of the top universities,

Knowledgeable in data analysis and reporting, proficient in related software tools,

Advance command of verbal and written English and Turkish

Excellent usage of MS Office Tools, advanced Excel knowledge is a plus,

Able to keep up with the hectic work tempo,

High level personal and organizational planning skills,

Able to manage time effectively, can carry out many different projects in parallel

Prone to teamwork, have high communication skills,

Finding solutions by listening, searching, sharing, collaborating, taking risks; learning by doing; celebrating differences by encouraging others; energizing; celebrating change,

Have a high sense of business ethics,

Residing or able to reside in Antalya.

Job Description

Working closely with the company's senior management, being assigned to many different positions within the company according to business needs,

Will be able to produce daily and weekly regular reports such as store and product performance analyzes,

Be able to prepare one-time reports such as market research, product-price analyzes,

Will be able to produce insights for senior management with data-based approaches.

Will be able to play key roles in important operations such as opening a store in international market places, overseas-domestic retailing and digitalization projects such as CRM system integration,

Having the skills to analyze the issues with a system approach, determine and prioritize strategic actions

Able to make presentations where necessary
