We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: İzmir

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct visits to identified and prospective customers within the designated channel, manage stock levels, and process orders.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure that channel objectives are met consistently.
• Maintain regular follow-up with current accounts to foster strong relationships.
• Negotiate agreements with key customers in alignment with company Key Performance Indicators.
• Retain existing customers while actively acquiring new clients through visits to both current and potential customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant insights to the team.
• Actively ensure best-in-class execution standards to deliver Perfect Store Practices.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related areas.
• Experience in field sales and customer management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies.
• Strong understanding of all sales functions and processes.
