We are currently looking for a Technical Services Specialist to join our Human Resources Team who will coordinate administrative tasks in General Services functional areas of expertise

Main Responsibilities;

• Creation and storage of all technical documents of office floors
• Prepare maintenance plans and follow daily, weekly and monthly periodical maintenances.
• Work in coordination with Nurol Plaza technical-mechanical team to ensure that controls and maintenances are performed according to the required conformity.
• Manage to Waste management (keeping monthly waste data and making monthly reports)
• Ensuring that the services we receive from our external stakeholders are performed in accordance with the time and required conformity, auditing and approval of the works performed
• To make suggestions to improve and improve existing systems and to actively participate in improvement works
• Responsible for the audit processes in General Services.
• Be aware of the environmental impacts associated with their activities. To work in a way that minimizes the environmental impact in all works
• Working at height, entrance to closed areas and so on. to follow and apply work permits.
• Problem solving and decision-making team, team work to be appropriate.
• Help General Services with other processes

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• At least 3 years of experience in General Services
• Graduated from technical or mechanical departments of universities or high school
• Experience in SAP and MS Office Programs
• Teamwork in network organization
• Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to deliver results under tight timelines
• Service-oriented, openness to learn
