Operation Advisor - Dutch/Swedish Speakers Needed

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for developing the content categories which suitable for the platform and recruiting talented/pugc hosts for the platform;
2.Responsible for optimizing the training materials of each category content and regularly conducting online or underground training course;
3.Utilize internal and external exposure resources to expand the influence of the talented host and promote the personal brand image of the host;
4.Responsible for increasing the income of talented hosts and cultivate a host benchmark which is copiable by other hosts for each category;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree is required; Dutch/ Swedish- native speaker;
2.Fluent in English, and excellent communication skills;
3.2-3 years+ related experience at the internet companies is a plus;
4.Have a good command of MS Office;
5.Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
