Family Management Advisor
Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the community (family) operation, maintain relationships with key users and community leaders, enhance the influence of the whole community system within BIGO LIVE ecosystem, and build a better social community in the live streaming industry.
2. Provide in-time, advanced and professional service to community leaders through all available communication channels.
3. Responsible for the community’s activity, regularly plan online and offline activities, stimulate event participation and user-cycle.
4. Anticipate and address the needs of the community, analyze community lifetime cycle and design tailored campaigns and events to increase community activity.

Job Requirements
1. Proficient in both oral and written English.
2. Experience with big customer account management or related industry is preferred.
3. Enjoy connecting with customers at a deeper level and are able to exceed customer expectations.
4. Smart, active thinking, strong communication skills.
5. Accept the working shifts and night shift in accordance with the customer demand.(Night shift with extra allowance)

Broadcaster Management Advisor
Job Responsibilities
1. In charge of organizing and implementing online event towards broadcasters, responsible for event participation rate and revenue.
2. Provide in-time, advanced and professional daily service to Broadcaster through all available communication channels.
3. Monitoring, analyzing, following up on event result & top broadcaster performance.
4. Working together with other departments on resource expanding and multi-departments events.
5. Live streaming and event management experience background is a big plus.

Job Requirements
1. Proficient in Turkish and English.
2. Strong in communication and execution.
3. Focus on the results and maintain a professional relationship with broadcasters.
4. Monitoring, analyzing, following up on event result & top broadcaster performance.
5. Accept the working shifts and night shift in accordance with the event demand.(Night shift with extra allowance).
