Senior Production Technician

NEXT

Min. 7 years’ experience in quality control area on apparel products such as socks, denim, woven, jersey and knitwear

Must be able to lead and support the production technical team

Knowledgeable about product quality standards, textile materials, garment productions and compliance

Very familiar with supplier communication and cooperation for garment manufacturing in Turkiye, Egypt, Morocco

Recognize the importance of meeting quality standard to meet business objectives and brand requirements

A team player who can give full effort to meeting brand’s quality standard

Open to listening and asking questions to obtain needed information and flexible to coordinate among relevant parties to resolve issues

Good organizational skills to meet deadlines

Availability for frequent travel and ability to drive and own a vehicle is a must

Conducting in-line and final inspections to prevent quality failures

Good time management, people management, supplier management and quality management

Critical paths managements with supplier and local merchandise team

Conducting supplier technical & quality audits according to SOP requirements

Communicating brands' quality requirements to factories

Anticipating quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process through risk anaylsis and pre-production

Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and/ or product quality

Providing technical advice to supply chain to solve production and quality problems

Specifying time frame for factories to implement improvements and following up with them
