Senior Sourcing and Production Merchandiser

We are looking for a new team member as Senior Sourcing and Production Merchandiser in our growing business in Egypt. This role will be directly reporting to our Country Director and working with our technical and merchandising team members in Turkiye. This position will be located in Egypt and we are offering a housing allowance in appointed location.

• Minimum 7 years of garment experience in textile industry, preferably in denim and jersey groups,
• Strong experience in textile and garment sourcing and full-cycle production process
• Ability to set up and manage a new business hub and working with external and internal teams
• Sourcing new suppliers, building up new relationships with factories
• Training, cooperating and supporting current suppliers to achieve our standarts
• Managing order process with the factories with a strong production experience
• Cross functional team work with Turkiye Office team members
• Analysing and developing the local market in Egypt and achieving more sales from the region

• Flexible for travelling in Egypt and for business meetings to Turkiye and the UK when needed
• Advanced English level both speaking and writing and preferably in Arabic as well
