HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences from university
• Very good command of MS Office applications,
• Strong experience of working with blue collars.
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player
• Well - developed interviewing and assessment ability together with analytical and decision making skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with individuals from various countries, cultures and levels within an organization
• Strong in numbers and paying much attention to details.
• Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and SGK regulations
• Start-up experience would be good. (System setup and attendance tracking)
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in multinationals and knowledge in HR functions such as recruitment with high volumes, payroll, performance management, training & development, employee relations in production environment.
Job Description:
1. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this position mainly supports the fields of payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations in Turkey / Hendek Facility where a high level start-up project is currently being conducted
2. Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences regarding the HR policies and implementations
3. With excellent proficiency and innovative attitude, actively takes part in the full scope of HR processes for Turkey as a rapidly growing business environment.
4. Conducts competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments
5. Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days
6. Supports identiying the organizational development needs , implements and integrates related learning and development programs
7. Supports the employee engagement activities
8. Implements the employer branding activities through social media, career organizations.. etc.
9. Manages the day to day operations of the Human Resource functions
10. Prepares HR metrics reports and analysis
11. Develops and improves HR policies and procedures in line with corporate needs & values
12. Tracks and helps to implement the new developments & changes in Turkish and country based labor law & legislations for the related locations in a proactive mentality to assist personnel management.
