Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Serbian, Greek, or other regional languages are considered an advantage
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Ability to interpret financial statements
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical mindset
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams
• No travel restrictions
• Internship experience in finance, audit, consulting, or multinational companies
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Interest in professional certifications such as CMA, ACCA or CPA
• Interest in digital transformation, AI, and automation within finance
