QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company designs, develops and produces electronic devices and exports them to more than 100 countries around the world. Currently, we are in an accelerated growth phase and we are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual looking for a long-term position as a Regional Sales Representative reporting to our Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the achievement of sales quota in support of revenue growth and overall business objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and perform selling functions to these accounts.
Identify and develop new dealer partnerships and determine sales potential of current dealers to increase market share and promote revenue growth.
Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast’s and participate in the preparation of sales expense estimates as needed.
Define customer and market needs
Other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Must be fluent in English, second language is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible international sales experience
Familiarity with distribution/dealer market.
Proven negotiation skills and success developing customer relationships.
Exceptional presentation skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
Extensive International travel required.
