We are currently seeking a Retail Manager to join the teams of our brands Hemington and Knitss within our group. The qualifications required for the position are listed below:

• Bachelor s degree from relevant university departments,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position within the women’s and men’s apparel sector,
• Analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented; confident in interpreting performance data,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Strong command of English,
• Inspiring leadership style with the ability to guide, develop, and retain talent,
• Team-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-management skills,
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities,
• Dynamic, resilient, and adaptable to change-driven environments,
• For male candidates, completion of military service.

Job Description

• Ensuring and overseeing that all stores continuously operate in line with company procedures, performance criteria, and service expectations,
• Preparing the annual sales plan and budget, and presenting them to senior management,
• Managing the approved sales budget, monitoring monthly and weekly performance, taking necessary actions in case of budget variances, and achieving all sales, profit, and strategic targets,
• Determining product purchase quantities required for each sales point in line with the budget,
• Conducting research for new store/sales locations, preparing feasibility analyses, making recommendations, and presenting them to senior management,
• Managing end-to-end new store openings and store closure processes (product placement, sales preparation, go-live, store decoration, visual merchandising, etc.),
• Supporting product management, conducting best-seller/non-seller analyses, and collecting data from the field,
• Proposing promotional campaigns, measuring their effectiveness, and initiating required changes when necessary,
• Participating in product selection meetings and taking an active role in product choices during order-writing periods,
• Leading new store opening processes; taking an active role in store layout, store décor, product placement, and visual arrangements,
• Ensuring product displays and visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand identity in stores, and managing the VM team,
• Conducting regular store visits to monitor field operations, perform audits, and take necessary actions.
