As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in managing production, sourcing, and supplier processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing production and critical path processes with suppliers and manufacturers,
• Managing production and critical path processes with suppliers and manufacturers,
• Coordinating production orders accurately and on time with relevant departments,
• Following all stages of production and ensuring effective communication between suppliers and internal teams,
• Ensuring product quality, shipment, and delivery timelines are met,
• Managing supplier relationships and overseeing end-to-end merchandising and sourcing processes,
• Supporting purchasing processes and supplier negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing companies,
• Experience in knitwear product groups, merchandising, sourcing, and purchasing processes,
• Strong knowledge of fabric, accessory, costing, and production processes,
• Good command of English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills,
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail,
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
• Dynamic, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
