Senior Merchandiser

Tieres is a premium womenswear brand currently in its launch phase, built on three generations of textile craftsmanship and a contemporary European vision. As part of our international growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to lead collection planning, product development, and production coordination processes.

This role will work closely with design, production, and brand teams to support the successful launch and long-term growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage collection timelines and product calendars
• Coordinate product development processes from concept to production
• Manage fabric, accessory, costing, and sourcing processes
• Follow up on SMS, Size Set, and PP Sample stages
• Support commercial product positioning aligned with premium European markets
• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
• Monitor deadlines, approvals, and delivery schedules
• Work closely with design teams on category and assortment planning
• Evaluate collections from both creative and commercial perspectives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fashion merchandising or product development
• Experience within premium or contemporary womenswear brands
• Strong understanding of garment production and fitting processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• Knowledge of European fashion market dynamics
