GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Project Management Specialist" teammate for NOVA, which is professional on engineering, manufacturing and assembling the visual advertisement products and corporate furniture needs of global brands by processing metal, wood and acrylic materials under one roof in our production facility with the latest technology.

General Qualifications

·         To be graduated as an Engineer or Architecture

·        Minimum 6 years experience on above job description

·         Fluency in English (Second foreign language/German/French) will be preferred

·        Proficiency in MS Office programs

·         Experience on ERP systems, system and production coordination skills

·        Having management experience in Outdoor Advertising, Interior Decoration and Corporate Identity sectors

·         Driving risk analysis followed by prioritization and escalation of activities within a project to ensure successful delivery to the project goals

·        Being a member of the Project Management Team and prone to teamwork

·        Having management and organizational development skills

·         Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative

·         Ability to work according to tight deadlines and under pressure

·         Excited on improve project management experience on complicated projects

·        Eager to learn and well organised

·         Preferably residence of Kocaeli or Anatolan side of Istanbul

·         No restriction to travel in Turkey and abroad

·         We are looking for Young and Dynamic teammates who have completed their military service (for male candidates)

Job Description

·        Managing clients’ projects from quotation to implementation,

·        Coordination of pricing, production stages, shipment and installation on site,

·         Contributing to the development of projects in coordination with all related departments,

·        Communication and participation to the meetings with the local and international customers,

·         Developing detailed plans for the project, including the schedule and the budget,

·         Monitoring the projects to ensure that schedule remains on track, meets deadlines, stays inside budget and satisfies the scope,

·         Maintaining contact with clients and other stakeholders through emails and phone calls,

·        Measuring, documenting and presenting the project metrics and status to stakeholders,

·         Actively managing and reporting of all processes from the initial stage of the project to the delivery stage.
