QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

•Act as project lead at Site and/or Platform for NTO technical/manufacturing/engineering projects during the Life Cycle of a given product, e. g. product launches, changes, transfers, pruning, divestment and other special projects like e.g. SPT, ensuring coordination across global and local functions

• Define and establish the submission and implementation strategy with all stakeholders in alignment with the NTO strategy

• Define and establish the master data strategy together with MDG

•  Set-up the project charter, status report and baseline planning

• Drive the definition of project milestones, ensure its implementation as per agreed timelines

•Setup and lead local cross-functional teams, to ensure optimal realization of Site strategies and ensure Site objectives can be reached during ongoing life cycle activities

•Align inventory level for launch products, bridging-/contingency- stocks for change projects, transfers, pruning and divestment projects with responsible function

•Deliver and maintain a detailed Change Over Plan for LC projects regarding implementation dates, according to the overall strategic project/ program plan, to allow for early local Master Data set-up and planning at site and in countries

• Lead the implementation phase as part of the LC project and ensure a timely implementation by coordination of involved stakeholders from different functions. Ensure compliance with Regulatory and GMP, law, SOP s, HSE and Code of Conduct

•Lead Divestment and Launch projects considering the logistics activities and processes

•Support the PPR (Product Project Review) of monthly S&OP cycle
